- Customers using Scan Mitra to discover shops, scan QR codes, search Business ID, follow sellers, and save shops.
- Sellers using Scan Mitra to create and manage an online shop, Digital Shop profile, products, categories, QR code, ads, notifications, plans, Premium Business ID, and support requests.
2. Data we collect
- Account data (name, email, profile info) when you sign in.
- Online shop data (Business ID, Premium Business ID, profile, products/categories, contact links, QR metadata, ads, and plan status).
- Customer interaction data (follows, saved shops, search/scan actions).
- Support data (issue type, business ID, reply email, message, timestamps).
- Technical data (app version, device info, crash/performance logs).
- Notification token data (if notifications are enabled).
