- Customers using Scan Mitra to discover shops, scan QR codes, search Business ID, follow sellers, and save shops.
- Sellers using Seller by Scan Mitra to manage Digital Shop profile, products, categories, QR code, and support requests.

- Account data (name, email, profile info) when you sign in.
- Seller shop data (Business ID, profile, products/categories, contact links, QR metadata).
- Customer interaction data (follows, saved shops, search/scan actions).
- Support data (issue type, business ID, reply email, message, timestamps).
- Technical data (app version, device info, crash/performance logs).
- Notification token data (if notifications are enabled).
