These Terms apply to Scan Mitra, one app with:
- Customer mode for searching, scanning, browsing, following, saving, and contacting shops.
- Online shop mode for creating and managing a shop, products, Business IDs, QR codes, ads, notifications, plans, and related seller features.
By using our app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and access
- Some features require sign-in.
- You must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Seller responsibilities
- Provide accurate shop/product/business details.
- Keep listing, contact, and availability information updated.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or prohibited content.
3. Business IDs, shop names, and brand rights
- Sellers are responsible for choosing lawful Business IDs, Premium Business IDs, shop names, logos, product names, images, descriptions, and other content uploaded or used in Scan Mitra.
- You must not use any name, brand, trademark, logo, copyrighted material, or identity that belongs to another person, company, or organisation unless you have proper rights, permission, or authorisation.
- For example, you must not create a Premium Business ID, shop name, product listing, or other content using a protected brand name such as "Nokia", "Samsung", "Apple", or any other protected brand unless you are legally authorised to do so.
- We may remove, restrict, suspend, or disable any Business ID, Premium Business ID, shop, product, content, or account that appears to misuse another brand, trademark, copyrighted work, identity, or other legal rights.
- Sellers are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, publish, or share through Scan Mitra, including any legal claims arising from brand, trademark, copyright, or identity misuse.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not misuse search, scan, follow, save, or report features.
- Verify product/service details with seller before transaction.
5. Platform role
Scan Mitra provides discovery and communication tools between customers and sellers.
Unless explicitly stated, we are not the direct seller of listed goods/services.
6. Prohibited conduct
- No fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
- No unauthorized access, scraping, or system disruption.
- No impersonation or false business representation.
- No misuse of another person's or company's brand, trademark, copyrighted work, identity, or business name.
7. Intellectual property
App branding and platform content belong to ADIPATH® or its licensors.
Users retain rights to their own content but grant us a limited license to display and process it for service operation.
8. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, or legal/security reasons.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party transactions or external services.
10. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
